Vonnie Alexander, a descendent of the pioneers who settled there, documents the history of the Sullivans and the Williams families, there attempt to set up a community, and the move inland to the farming country of what was then called Weheka. This hard-to-find work of local history has been released under an open licence by the author and digitised by Wikisource volunteers.
